By creating a BookPayouts account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Amazon account to participate. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. How It Works

BookPayouts connects readers with books for review. Readers claim books, read the provided demo PDF, post an honest review on Amazon, and submit the review permalink to earn payment.

4. Review Guidelines

All reviews must be honest and reflect your genuine opinion. You may leave any star rating (1-5). Fake, copied, AI-generated, or incentivized positive reviews are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

5. Payments

• Payment is credited to your wallet upon submission of a valid Amazon review permalink
• Minimum withdrawal amount is $10.00
• Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours
• All wallet balances are in USD

6. Weekly Limits

Readers may claim up to 5 books per rolling 7-day period. This limit resets automatically and ensures fair access for all readers.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts
• Submitting fake or non-existent review links
• Copying reviews from other sources
• Using AI to generate reviews
• Claiming books without reading them

8. Amazon Compliance

BookPayouts operates in compliance with Amazon's review policies. Readers are compensated for their time reading and reviewing, not for positive ratings. Reviews must include honest opinions.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of BookPayouts after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
